Terms & Conditions
- Only one Actice Card will be issued per person.
- Metre points will not be awarded unless the card is presented at the time of purchase/payment.
- Information contained on this website is current at the time of publication however, it is subject to alteration at any time. Spectrum Leisure Services (SLS) will make every effort to inform cardholders of any change prior to its implementation.
- The range and type of promotion may be withdrawn. Spectrum Leisure Services will make every effort to inform cardholders of any change prior to its implementation.
- Metre points can only be redeemed at Spectrum Leisure Services venues and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.
- Metre points on an Active Card can only be redeemed by the holder of the Active Card.
- SLS accepts no responsibility for the loss of any metre points held on an Active Card due to circumstances beyond their control.
- All Active Cards are not transferable and must be used only by the person whose personal details are stored on the card.
- SLS reserves the right to withdraw an Active Card and its metre point at its absolute discretion: the card will remain the property of SLS.
- SLS reserves the right in consultation with Guildford Borough to alter any aspect of the scheme. SLS will make every effort to inform cardholders of any change prior to its implementation.
- The value of the metre points will vary throughout the year depending on demand and on-going promotions, although as a general guide metres will equate to a reduction of up to 10%.
- An Active Card will automatically expire if no metre points have been added to it or redeemed from it for a period of 12 months.
- Active Card holders must check the correct number of metre points have been added to their cards at the reception desk as no corrections can be made after the customer has left reception.
- A resident Active Card will be issued only on sight of proof of address and identity.
- Metre points awarded cannot be redeemed for that purchase, but can be used for an additional transaction.
- Concessionary Active Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and must be renewed on an annual basis at no cost.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards
- Lost, stolen or damaged cards shoudl be reported immediately to SLS.
- All replacment cards will be issued at a cost of £1.50 (including resident card). All metre points will be re-instated on to the new Active Card.
Change of address
- Cardholdes must notify SLS of any change of address immediately.
- Residents who move out of the borough boundaries should notify SLS immediately and the card will be rendered void. A replacement card will be issued upon the receipt of £1.50. Any metres on the residents card will be transfered to the non-residents card.
